Software Supporter 2nd Level (m/f)

As a member of the professional helpdesk you will be the link between our customers’ technicians and our 3rd level support team. You will be concerned with the identification and solution of software and hardware issues affecting our products and their functionality. Being based in Bad Iburg, you will also get the chance to travel and help our customers across the EMEA region on-site with their installation and troubleshooting.

In fulfilling these tasks, you will also be the link to different partners such as Microsoft, VMware and Citrix.

We are looking for professionals with a passion for customer service and team work.

Essential skills
• Excellent understanding of technical problems and their interrelation
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (workstations and servers)
• Good knowledge of network problem analysis
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Preferred skills
• Citrix: administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• VMware certified
• SQL (language, DB servers)
• MAC: printing, administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• Linux: administration, configuration, troubleshooting
