As a member of the NT-ware Support team you will be the link between our customers’ technicians and our software development team. Identifying software and hardware issues in our products and also the customer’s environment is one of the key tasks of your job as well as working together with software development and QA to constantly improve our products. Being based in Bad Iburg, you will also get the chance to travel and support our customers across the globe. NT-ware also offers the possibility to temporarily work out of one of our subsidiaries in New York and Singapore to strengthen the local Support teams.

In fulfilling these tasks, you will also be the link to different partners such as Microsoft, VMware and Citrix.

We are looking for professionals with a passion for customer service and team work.

Essential skills
• Excellent understanding of technical problems and their interrelation
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (workstations and servers)
• Good knowledge of network problem analysis
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

Preferred skills
• Citrix: administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• VMware certified
• SQL (language, DB servers)
• MAC: printing, administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• Linux: administration, configuration, troubleshooting
